SiGMA started today
Summit of iGaming, Malta 2016 will revolutionise the iGaming targets for 2017.
Malta.- Today has softly started the Summit of iGaming, Malta 2016, a relevant conference to set the future of iGaming trends. Operators, affiliates and companies have experienced today the first activities at the InterContinental Arena, St. Julian’s. However, the official beginning of the expected conference will be held tomorrow.
SiGMA 2016 is the second edition of the successful event and will feature an exposition floor, 4 educational conferences, 40 affiliate programs and the participation of over 60 speakers, more than 100 exhibitors and near 3,000 general visitors. Today’s schedule has carried out welcome networking activities such as football and poker tournaments as well as inauguration dinners and party.
Officially starting tomorrow, SiGMA will focused on conferences and debates about the iGaming sector in Malta, the European country that hosts 300 gaming companies, 450 licenses and a strong workforce of 9,000 in the gaming industry. Throughout the two days of conferences, the international iGaming industry will learn about sports betting sector, affiliate strategies, regulatory fields, special offerings, companies’ policies and start-ups advices, among many other themes.
For the first time, SiGMA will also feature the iGaming Education Forum, which will offer information about Compliance with sessions on Responsible Gaming, Anti-Money Laundering, Anti Fraud and Payments Handling. “Our mission statement is to ‘grow the industry through education’ and with support from our five moderators, our expert speakers, SiGMA and the Malta Gaming Authority we aim to deliver that. The first day has been a great success and with this year’s SiGMA set to break all records when it opens tomorrow, we are looking forward to bringing a new and dynamic dimension to this successful event,” explained iGaming Academy Director, Jaime Debono.
