Nevada regulator eases Covid-19 rules for casinos
With some casinos already receiving approval to operate at full capacity, the Nevada Gaming Control Board has left mask policy to each operator to decide.
US.- With some Las Vegas casinos already allowed to operate a full capacity, the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) has announced another easing of Covid-19 countermeasures.
It will now be up to each operator to decide whether to enforce a facemask policy at its venues.
The NGCB added that it won’t require or forbid casinos to ask about guests’ vaccination status. The board has, however, urged operators to keep signs up with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance for vaccinated and unvaccinated guests anyway.
