HESS appoints Harald Heinz as Managing Director
Gauselmann subsidiary HESS Cash Systems has appointed Harald Heinz as Managing Director to reinforce its management team.
Press release.- Since February 9 2021, Harald Heinz has been appointed Managing Director at HESS Cash Systems, a subsidiary of the family-run Gauselmann Group from Espelkamp, North Rhine-Westphalia. In his new role, the graduate Master computer scientist is responsible for International Sales and Service as well as the areas of Product Management, Software and Hardware Development. He has the necessary experience from over 20 years of management responsibility in sales and service of listed and unlisted corporations.
In the past four years, the 52-year-old has already been managing the International Sales department of HESS Cash Systems with great success and he further laid the foundation to position the company’s solutions worldwide for the upcoming years.
As CEO and Managing Director, Dominik Seel is still responsible for National Sales and Service, Marketing and Public Relations, the business unit Operations as well as for the areas of Purchasing, Finance, Controlling, Order Processing, Human Resources, and Administration.
Together they will set the strategic direction and ensure the successful development of the HESS Group. This also includes the management of the subsidiaries HESS Schweiz AG in Bern, Switzerland and HESS Austria GmbH in Gratkorn, Austria – Dominik Seel with focus on commercial issues and in Switzerland also as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Harald Heinz with focus on sales issues.

The targeted marketing of existing solutions in growth markets and the development of new solutions and requirements that digitization offers, play a central role here.
