US.- Gray Wolf Peak Casino celebrated its soft-opening inauguration with over 100 participants, who were able to preview the entertaining and exclusive environment that will bring the biggest gaming venue of Western Montana. Gray Wolf Peak is operated by the local Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes.
Montana’s casino is officially opened for the public visit; however, some phases of the construction are still being done. The 34,000 square foot gaming floor will be positioned as the biggest in the State once it is completed. The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribal council chairman Vernon Finley and S&K Gaming, LLC, board of directors chair Allen Sloan were present at the opening party.
“Today is a very good day; it has been a long journey to get to this point. I am happy how things turned out,” expressed the council chairman to the public. And he revealed the grand opening will be held by later this year or earlier 2017. During his speech, Finley commented that the casino will bring over 100 job positions. “S&K Gaming is committed to the economic development of the Salish, Pend d’Oreille and Kootenai people and to the area,” he expressed, “Our goal is to become a premier (gaming and dining) destination for people. There is much more to come, we’re just getting started here.”
