To mark the two-year anniversary of their partnership, Digitain and Bet Boom share their story and celebrate the success they have had so far.

The relationship with Digitain started two years ago when BetBoom was searching for a new platform provider and internally they set several important goals to improve the effectiveness of their products and to significantly enhance the customer experience they delivered.
The key objectives that they were looking for were: To reduce the number of poor customer experiences, including failed or incomplete transactions, between its platform and the performance delivered via their previous solution provider.
Also to deliver a better-quality sportsbook solution to its customers, with a much bigger range of sports and betting markets covered. To improve the in-play betting service, including a reduction in closed or suspended live betting markets.
And finally, to provide better risk management and fraud protection coverage and deliver a sustainable increase in its overall sportsbook GGR.
