Catena Media appoints new CEO

Per Hellberg has been named as CEO at Catena Media and will take over the position no later than September 3rd.

Sweden.- Catena Media plc’s (“Catena Media”) Board of Directors has appointed Per Hellberg as its new Chief Excecutive Officer. He will take up the position no later than September 3rd, 2018. In conjunction with him taking over as CEO, Acting CEO Henrik Persson Ekdahl will return to his role as Board Member of Catena Media.

Per Hellberg previously held the CEO position at Nordic Gaming Group Ltd where he completed the divestment of the company to Betsson AB. He also has extensive experience from a wide variety of marketing and management roles, including CEO of Readly International AB. Furthermore, Mr Hellberg was Marketing Director for Sony Corporation and has worked in various countries around the world. His background in numerous sectors and with major corporations globally has provided him with a wealth of knowledge on which to build for the future.
