MGM Resorts and Wynn Macau also report high rates of vaccination

The Macau casino operators have reported that they have reached a vaccination rate of over 80 per cent among staff.

Macau.- Close on the heels of Galaxy Entertainment and Melco Resort, MGM Resorts and Wynn Macau have announced a high vaccination rate among staff. the list of Macau’s casino operators who have vaccinated their staff.

MGM Resorts said that 90 per cent of its staff have been fully vaccinated as part of its “Outreach Vaccination Program.” Wynn Macau launched a vaccination programme in June and says 81 per cent of its employees have been fully vaccinated. The casino operator offered two special vacation days to staff members who received both shots.

The news comes after Macau lifted its pandemic prevention alert. Authorities said a “zero-Covid” policy would remain in place until vaccination rates in the city reach 80 to 90 per cent.
