PointsBet partners with Women in Sports Tech
The firm will offer its support to the non-profit organisation’s initiatives to improve the lives of women during all career stages.
US.- PointsBet has announced a partnership with Women in Sports Tech (WiST), a non-profit organisation dedicated to encouraging growth opportunities for women in sports, technology, and innovation.
Through the deal, PointsBet will offer its support to WiST´s initiatives to improve the lives of women during all stages of their careers. The activities include fireside chats and panels with veterans and top executives in the industry, summer internship experiences through the WiST Fellowship program, and career fairs for middle and high school students.
Led by CEO and co-founder Marilou McFarlane, WiST has signed partnerships with more than 23 major companies, including Comcast NBCUniversal SportsTech Accelerator, IBM Sports, Nike, NBA/WNBA, and AEG Worldwide.
