Kansas sports betting revenue increases year-over year in March

Revenue rose by 12.4 per cent from March 2024.

US.- Kansas sports betting revenue totalled $8m in March, up 12.4 per cent year-over-year but down 66.5 per cent from February’s $23.9m. According to the latest report from the Kansas Lottery, online betting contributed $7.9m and retail $164,568.

The sports betting handle totalled $248.4m, down 1.8 per cent year-over-year but up 14.9 per cent from February. Online betting contributed $241.7m and retail $6.7m.

DraftKings led the online market with a $101.5m handle and $3.9m in revenue. FanDuel generated $2.3m in revenue from a handle of $85.4m, BetMGM $968,490 from $19.9m and Fanatics $31,430 from $15m. ESPN Bet led the retail market, accepting $4.2m in bets and taking $135,945 in revenue. FanDuel generated $0 revenue from a $1m, Caesars $12,160 from $913,772 and DraftKings $16,464 from $494,527. The state took $803,032 in taxes.
