GeoComply promotes Steven Vo to chief technology officer
The Vancouver firm’s original 2012 hire, who helped launch its first New Jersey geolocation product in 2013, returns to the C-suite after leading engineering since 2021.
Canada.- The Geolocation and identity intelligence provider GeoComply has promoted Steven Vo to chief technology officer. Vo was one of GeoComply’s original hires in 2012. He later spent six years leading engineering teams at Amazon and Uber before returning to GeoComply in 2021. He most recently served as senior vice president of engineering.
Vo has led the engineering work behind GeoComply’s expansion into financial services and media and entertainment. He has also set the technical direction for how the company’s location, device and behavioural intelligence is adapted for AI.
