In a statement, PointsBet said: “The recommencement of NRL and AFL will see the breadth of PointsBet’s product offering expand in Australia, with clients being able to wager on both racing and major sports.”

While live sport still continued in a limited format across the globe, PointsBet recorded consecutive record monthly earnings for February and March this year.

The operator generated AUD$18.2 million in revenue for the period between April 1 to May 25.
