A deal between Jade Entertainment and RPM Gaming adds sports betting to the integrated resort’s casino offering.
Philippines.- Asian supplier Jade Entertainment has partnered with RPM Gaming to deploy its GLI-33 certified sportsbook at the Okada Manila integrated resort, marking its arrival in the Philippines.
RPM Gaming will provide the software and the operational consultancy, delivering state-of-the-art sports betting facilities to customers at Okada Manila’s flagship casino.
Okada Manila players can now choose from a wide range of different sports, both pre-play and in-play, scaling new heights for Okada Manila’s PAGCOR-regulated operator.
Richard Thorp, Director of RPM Gaming, said: “We’re thrilled to have teamed up with Jade and Biztech at Okada Manila, and we look forward to a long, fruitful partnership in this region with our market-leading sportsbook software.
“It’s exciting to see the reaction of retail customers at such a storied land-based venue. We continue to raise the bar for customer service and product performance.”
The agreement involves the first Asian launch of Arkle, an EPOS system from Biztech Software, a mainstay of the Irish independent bookmaking circuit.
Arkle is currently being rolled out across Paddy Power’s retail estate, but this deal announces Biztech’s arrival in the Asia-Pacific, as the Northern Irish software house eyes expansion into new international territories.
The platform has successfully passed rigorous compliance testing, making Jade Sportsbet the only sportsbook in the Philippines with GLI-33 certification for sports betting operations.
Joe Pisano, CEO of Jade Entertainment, said: “We were particularly taken by RPM Gaming’s innovative portfolio of products and are delighted to be working with them to enhance the overall experience at Okada Manila.
“The GLI-33 certificate, awarded for cohesive technical excellence, affords our partners total peace of mind for sports wagering systems across retail, while this new EPOS puts our clients at the forefront of retail innovation.”
