Donaco in “final negotiation stages” to land CEO
Paul Arbuckle’s term as interim CEO ended on August 4 and the operator has yet to assign a replacement.
Australia.- Donaco International Limited has confirmed the departure of interim chief executive officer Paul Arbuckle.
Arbuckle’s term was set to end on August 4 after being pushed back from June on a month-by-month basis. The company’s board has not yet settled on a replacement.
In a filing to the Australian Securities Exchange the firm stated: “As the Board expects to make an appointment of a permanent CEO imminently, and two executive directors continue to serve the business, no interim CEO will be appointed at this time”.
They said they are in “final negotiation stages” to appoint a new CEO and are working closely with management to ensure continuity of company operations and minimal impact on day-to-day business activities.
This week, Donaco appointed two non-executive directors, Lee Bug Huy and Paul Porntat Amatavivadhana.
