Pennsylvania regulator adds more people to involuntary exclusion lists

The action raises the number of people who are prohibited from gaming to 1,428.

US.- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has put 18 more people on its involuntary exclusion lists. The move raises the number of people who are prohibited from gaming in the state to 1,428.

The PGCB has exclusion lists for casino gaming, online betting and video gaming terminals. It said ten people were added to the Involuntary Casino Exclusion List, including two adults who left minors unattended while gambling in a casino. Eight people were placed on the Involuntary Interactive Gaming Exclusion list for fraudulent actions.

The PGCB reported that the combined revenue generated from gaming and fantasy contests was $557.7m in July. That’s a rise of 11.4 per cent year-over-year and a fall of 2.4 per cent from June 2025.

Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course led the market with $103.5m in revenue, up 30.2 per cent year-over year. Valley Forge Casino Resort took $88.9m, an increase of 19.2 per cent, and Rivers Casino Philadelphia $57.4m, up 16.6 per cent.
