Palace Station to be remodelled
The Las Vegas casino Palace Station, which is located outside the Strip, announced a decoration plan to improve the building.
US.- Owners of Palace Station announced a US$115 million remodelling of the Las Vegas venue, located on Sahara Avenue. The exclusive casino is improving both the building and customers’ services in order to attract further visitors outside the principal Strip.
The remodelling will start on July 2017 and will include the makeover of the façade and the expansion of the building. The redecorated Palace Station will count with a porte-cochere, a new bingo room, further restaurants, and meeting and convention spaces, a bowling alley, a movie theatre and other facilities.
The announcement was made a week after the casino decided to be unionised. The agreement was set with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). “Rather than engage in lengthy, disruptive and distracting proceedings, the company has decided that it would be in its best interests to proceed with negotiations with the union as the collective bargaining representative at Palace Station for the eligible bargaining unit team members at that property,” commented the Palace Station’s operators.
