New Jersey gaming revenue rises in January
Revenue increased 5.9 per cent year-over-year.
US.- The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) has announced that gaming revenue from casinos, racetracks and their partners totalled $586.4m in January. That’s a total of 5.9 per cent year-over-year but down 3.2 per cent from December 2025.
Casino win for the nine casino hotels was $213.3m, an increase of 1.6 per cent compared to the same period in 2025. Online gaming win was $258.9m, up 16.8 per cent. Sports betting gross revenue reached $114.2m, a decrease of 6.5 per cent. Gross revenue taxes for the month were $86.5m.
The DGE’s preliminary wagering data estimates that Atlantic City casinos, racetracks and online sportsbooks took $126.5m in bets on Super Bowl LX, held on February 8. That’s lower than the $168.7m bet on the game in 2025.
