Mississippi casino revenue increases in November

Gross gaming revenue increased 3.1 per cent from October 2025.

US.- The Mississippi Gaming Commission (MGC) has released its financial gaming report for November. Casinos in the state generated $205m in adjusted gross gaming revenue, up 3.1 per cent from October 2025.

The Coastal region accounted for more than 50 per cent of the total adjusted gross gaming revenue, at $135.7m. Casino revenue in the Central region totalled $26.5m, and casinos in the Northern region reported $42.8m. For the year-to date, adjusted gross gaming revenue was $2.2bn.

The sports betting handle was $51.8m, down 3.4 per cent compared to the same month in 2024. The Coastal region saw a $37.3m handle, the Central region $9.5m, and the Northern region $5m. Taxable revenue totalled $9.9m.

November saw Sam’s Town Hotel and Gaming Hall in Tunica close its doors after more than 30 years. Boyd said the decision was a result of market conditions.
