President Stacy Noyes says he feels “extremely let down” by the government.

US.- The Lakeside Inn and Casino in Nevada has announced that it will permanently close its doors after more than 35 years has been a “source of entertainment for thousands of guests.”

The closure has been blamed on the Coronavirus outbreak and a lack of support from the government.

“I feel extremely let down. We had a lot fewer resources available. The State of Nevada and many other states have gaming, but we are the first domino to drop and more are to come,” Lakeside Inn President, Stacy Noyes, said.

“Until the Nevada unemployment system kicks in or there is some whole change to the SBA (Small Business Administration) not singling out small casinos for this disaster, they don’t see a light at the end of the tunnel,” he added.

According to Carson Now, the owners plan to sell the 124 room hotel and casino.
