Karen Worman named Caesars Atlantic City senior vice president and general manager
Worman was formerly regional VP of finance for Tropicana, Harrah’s Resort and Caesars.
US.- Caesars Entertainment has announced the appointment of Karen Worman as senior vice president and general manager for Caesars Atlantic City. She will report to John Koster, regional president for Caesars Entertainment’s Eastern Division.
Worman will oversee operations and administration for Caesars Atlantic City, which includes the hotel, casino, and its renovations such as the East Coast’s first Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen, Nobu restaurant, 800 new guestrooms and suites, The Pool at Caesars, and Nobu Hotel, arriving later this year.
Worman has over three decades of experience. As regional VP of finance for Tropicana, Harrah’s Resort, and Caesars, she was recognised with Caesars Entertainment’s Trailblazer in Leadership award last year for her commitment to continuous improvement. She began her career as an accounting clerk at Harrah’s Atlantic City and has also held positions as operations controller and assistant general manager.

New Jersey gaming revenue reaches $531.6m in August
The aggregated casino win for New Jersey’s nine casinos was $280.3m in August, up 2.3 per cent when compared to the same month in 2022 ($274m). Casinos reported $155.3m in online revenue, up 18.1 per cent. Sports wagering gross revenue was up 47.1 per cent year-on-year to $65.3m.
Total gaming revenue, which encompasses all gaming-related income from casinos, racetracks, and their partners, reached $531.6m for August, up 12.9 per cent from August 2022 ($470.7m).
