Clarion to promote global strategy at G2E
Clarion Gaming revealed that it will promote ‘Global Strategy for a Global Industry’ at this year’s G2E that is set to start tomorrow in Las Vegas.
US.- Clarion Gaming will be using its presence at G2E to introduce show attendees to its entire portfolio, encompassing international exhibitions, conferences and symposia, training, knowledge exchange as well as print and digital publishing brands. The ‘Global Strategy for a Global Industry’ theme will be launched from booth 5023 at Sands Expo.
Managing Director Kate Chambers, who will be heading the Clarion Gaming team, believes major events, such as G2E, provide the best possible opportunity to reach a large audience of gaming professionals and thought leaders. She explained: “This is the first time that we have presented Clarion Gaming in its fullest sense following our purchase of the iGaming Business brands.
“We have an integrated portfolio which covers every gaming vertical and which is active throughout the world. Whilst the Clarion name is best known for brands such as ICE Totally Gaming, The iGaming Super Show, EiG and GiGse, we also work at the invitation of, and in partnership with, the industry to create bespoke events to meet specific business needs such as Juegos Miami, which we launched in 2016, and the new Gaming Africa, which debuts in Johannesburg across 24 & 25 October.”
Moreover, Chambers said that their pledge is to always work with industry stakeholders in order to deliver opportunity and to facilitate business. “To ensure that we keep true to our values and continue to meet the business needs of the market, we are using G2E to launch Ampersand, which will be the largest collection of advisors and ‘critical friends’ in the history of gaming,” she added.
“Our target is to enlist the services of 1,000 industry professionals from throughout the world of gaming to help guide the development of our brands and to ensure they continue to serve the needs of the industry. Ampersand will enable us to validate ideas and concepts prior to launch, it will introduce a process and structure for customers to provide their feedback – both positive and negative – and it will enable the industry to make suggestions on how we can work more effectively to help in the development of sustainable gaming economies, particularly in emergent markets.”
“Ampersand is a hugely exciting initiative and I look forward to welcoming the first critical friends to what will be gaming’s biggest Think Tank.”
