Canadian Gaming Summit closes 2016’s edition

Since Monday 13th, Canada is hosting its premier gaming event to enhance the national industry.

Canada.- The Canadian Gaming Summit successfully finishes today the annual gathering held in two cities. The unique event to discuss the gaming industry situation in the North American country started last Monday at Casino du Lac-Leamy in Gatineau city, where major gaming professionals are enjoying educational sessions, and at the Convention Centre in Ottawa, where participants are also able to experience the trade show floor.

The Canadian Gaming Summit, co-owned and produced by the Canadian Gaming Association –CGA– and MediaEdge Communications, has been offering information and education programs to assess the Canadian industry. The regional gaming sector is evaluating lottery services, iGaming market, property operations, responsible and charitable gaming, among complementary facilities such as food and beverage in casinos and salons.

Participants are also part of several networking activities to enhance the industry, reinforce partnership and meet new representatives. The last two days, visitors interacted face-to-face with renowned decision makers and major gaming companies during Canadian Gaming Summit Golf Classic, the Summit’s Opening Reception and industry-specific conference streams. The Canadian Gaming Summit is the right place to understand the region and get inside perspectives to create gaming legislation that flows with the positive experiences of the industry’s stakeholders.
