Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock announce leadership appointments

The new roles include three new presidents and an SVP and general manager.

US.- Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International have announced leadership appointments and transitions across their hotel and casino portfolio. The new executive roles include three new presidents and an SVP and general manager for various US resorts.

Randy Morton will become the new president of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, while Travis Lunn has been named president of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, and Bo Guidry as president of Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati. Justin Wyborn has been appointed to the new role of SVP and general manager of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, which will open next year.

Morton spent 12 years at Bellagio in Las Vegas as president and COO. He also held leadership roles at Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, OVG Hotel and Casino Development in Las Vegas, as co-CEO of Foley Entertainment Group and the Vegas Golden Knights, and at Monte Carlo Resort & Casino.

Lunn served at MGM Resorts International as president and COO for Mandalay Bay, The W, Luxor, and Four Seasons. He also worked in leadership roles at The Borgata Casino, MGM Resorts Southeast Group, overseeing Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi, and Gold Strike Casino Resort in Tunica, Mississippi. He served at MGM Grand Las Vegas, The Venetian and The Palazzo resorts.

Guidry, new president of Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati, will report to Jeff Hook, COO of Hard Rock International. He has served as president of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood for the last seven years.

Guidry also worked in leadership roles at Horseshoe Council Bluffs and Harrah’s Council Bluffs Hotel & Casino and held roles at Harrah’s Casino St. Louis.

Wyborn, who joined the company in 2013, has held multiple leadership roles across Florida properties, and was most recently president of Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati. He will become SVP and general manager of the upcoming Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, reporting to its president, Joe Lupo. The venue is under construction and slated to open in 2027.
