Rush Street Gaming names Scott Lokke as Rivers Casino Philadelphia’s General Manager
Lokke recently served as senior vice president and general manager of Jack Cleveland Casino.
US.- Rush Street Gaming has announced the appointment of Scott Lokke as general manager of Rivers Casino Philadelphia. He has more than 30 years of experience in the casino and hotel industry.
Lokke recently served as senior vice president and general manager of Jack Cleveland Casino, where he worked for the past decade. His career in the hospitality industry began at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Starwood Hotels, where he directed food and beverage operations. He also worked at Harrah’s casinos in St. Louis and Kansas City, and served as vice president of hospitality enterprise shared services with Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas.
He also served on the boards of the Downtown Cleveland Improvement Corporation, the Cleveland Group Planning Commission and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission.

The company stated: “As a senior property leader, Lokke excels in exceptional guest service, operational leadership, community involvement and Team Member engagement.”

In July 2024, Susan Foster was named general manager of Rivers Casino Philadelphia. She joined the venue in April 2024 as assistant general manager and succeeded Eric Althaus in the role.
Pennsylvania gaming revenue increases year-over-year in June
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has reported that the combined revenue generated by all forms of gaming and fantasy contests was $544.6m in June, up 15.4 per cent year-over-year but down 9.5 per cent from May.
Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course reported $96.3m in revenue, up 30 per cent year-over year. Valley Forge Casino Resort reported $93.4m, up 46.3 per cent, and Rivers Casino Philadelphia $53.4m, up 12.2 per cent.
Retail slot revenue was $199.2m, down 0.85 per cent from the same month in 2024. The number of slot machines in operation was 24,349 compared to 24,731 at the casinos in June 2024. Retail table games revenue was $77.2m, an increase of 1.58 per cent. Total tax from revenue was $229.7m, with $100.8m from slots and $12.8m from table games.
