US.- PointsBet has named Liam Roecklein as senior vice president of content. He will work under the direction of recently named US chief marketing officer Kyle Christensen.

Roecklein served as senior vice president and general manager at Cheddar News and as executive producer at Time Inc. He will lead PointsBet’s content strategy for digital, social and traditional media, enhancing the consumer experience.

Christensen said: “We are poised to do big things with Liam coming on board. His proven track record of growing businesses using content as a staple for building communities can’t be understated.
