The PGCB has approved a consent agreement resulting in a $30,000 fine.

US.- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has approved a consent agreement resulting in a $30,000 fine against the operator of Valley Forge Casino Resort after it allowed a 13-year-old to enter the venue and gamble.

The consent agreement was presented by the board’s Office of Enforcement Counsel (OEC) in relation to an incident in November 2024. The minor was on gaming floor for more than six hours and gambled on slot machines.

The board also added 12 people on its various Involuntary Exclusion Lists. The action raised the number of people on the lists to 1,422.

Ten people were added on the Involuntary Casino Exclusion List, including three for leaving minors unattended in vehicles while they gambled, and two were placed on the Involuntary Interactive Gaming Exclusion list.
