Pennsylvania igaming revenue hits new record in October
Revenue from all forms of gaming increased by 20.22 per cent year-over-year.
US.- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has reported that the combined revenue generated from all forms of gaming totalled $597m in October, up 20.22 per cent year-over-year and 11.4 from September 2025. The report highlighted record igaming revenue of $251m.
Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course led the market with $114.5m in revenue, up 38.7 per cent year-over-year. Valley Forge Casino Resort reported $101.3m in revenue, up 25.2 per cent, Rivers Casino Philadelphia $57.5m, up 8.3 per cent, and Parx Casino $56.1m, up 8.6 per cent.
According to the PGCB, retail slot revenue totalled $203.5m, up 1.4 per cent. The number of slot machines in operation was 24,299 compared to 24,485 in October 2024. Retail table game revenue was $76m, up 3 per cent. Slots machines generated $102.9m in tax revenue and table games $12.8m.
Online gaming generated monthly revenue of $251m, up 32.8 per cent and surpassing the previous record of $238.2m set in March 2025. Of the total, online slots generated $190.8m, online table games $57.8m and online poker $2.5m. Tax revenue totalled $112.7m.
The PGCB recently approved three consent agreements presented by the board’s Office of Enforcement Counsel (OEC) resulting in $72,000 in fines. They were presented for incidents that occurred at a VGT establishment and at two casinos.
