New Jersey gaming revenue rises in October

Revenue for casinos, racetracks, and their partners increased 22.3 per cent year-over-year.

US.- The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) has announced that the gaming revenue for casinos, racetracks, and their partners in October was $611.1m. That’s an increase of 22.3 per cent year-over-year and 8.4 per cent from September 2025.

Gross revenue taxes reached $88.2m. the casino win for the nine casino hotels was $234.7m, up 12.5 per cent year-over-year. The internet gaming win totalled $260.3m up 21.8 per cent. Sports wagering gross revenue was $116.1m, up 49.8 per cent. Year-to-date total gaming revenue was $5.74bn, up 10 per cent .

New Jersey regulator fines Super Group operator

The DGE recently issued a $112,188 civil penalty against Digital Gaming Corporation (DGC), which operates Super Group in the state, for violations of state gaming regulations related to responsible gaming.

From March 2024 through January 2025, DGC failed to add self-excluded individuals to the Division’s Self-Exclusion List in a timely manner. This meant that customers who should have been excluded, were able to wager on other internet gaming and sports wagering platforms after their self exclusion date.
