New Jersey gaming revenue rises 11.9 per cent in July
The state’s gaming industry generated $678.1m during the month.
U.S.- New Jersey’s gaming revenue increased 11.9 per cent year-on-year to $ 678.1m in July, with growth across sports wagering, casino gaming and internet gaming, according to state figures. Sports wagering saw the strongest annual increase, generating $97 m, up 29.7 per cent from July 2025. However, sports wagering revenue for the first seven months of the year reached was down 2.7 per cent at $609.9m.
New Jersey’s nine casino hotels generated $304.2m in July, while internet gaming revenue rose 12 per cent to $276.9m. Gross gaming revenue taxes totalled $92.2m
For the first seven months of 2026, revenue reached $4.2 bn, compared with $3.92bn in the same period of 2025. Casino win for the year to date was $1.72bn, an increase of 3.1 per cent, while internet gaming win totalled $ 1.87bn, up 14.5 per cent. Tax was $592.7m.
