As a partnership manager at 7777 gaming, my role revolves around understanding the specific needs and requirements of each operator to ensure they receive tailored solutions that resonate with their audience. Every operator has a unique player base, and we take a personalised approach by offering a diverse range of games, from beginner-friendly options to titles suited for experienced players.

Beyond game offerings, we work closely with operators to create customised monthly promotions and engagement strategies that boost retention and drive excitement. We also continuously expand our portfolio, launching 3-4 new games per month to keep players entertained and engaged. Communication is key in our approach—our team ensures that operators are always up to date with the latest developments, and we work proactively to meet their needs in a timely and professional manner.

What key factors do you consider when recommending new games and releases to your partners, and how do you tailor your approach to different markets?

We have extensive experience in international markets, having expanded since 2021 to Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Africa. Each region has its own preferences and player behaviours, so we conduct thorough research and analysis to align our offerings with market-specific demands.

In addition to our internal expertise, we actively listen to our partners, understanding their market insights and expectations. Our games are developed using advanced mathematical models that enhance player retention, and we combine this with strong marketing knowledge to help operators attract and retain loyal players. With a portfolio of over 150 games, we ensure that every recommendation is backed by data and tailored to the specific needs of each market.

Promotions and positioning play a crucial role in player engagement. Can you share some successful strategies you’ve implemented to enhance game visibility and performance?

Promotions should be timely, relevant, and engaging, which is why we align our marketing campaigns with current trends, major events, and local interests. One of our most successful strategies has been developing and providing game-themed content. Over the past few months, we’ve launched several highly engaging monthly promotional campaigns, such as The Blood Red Saga(Halloween), Santa Cash (Christmas), Crazy Lovers (Valentine’s Day), and Women’s Month. These themed campaigns centred around unique themes and dedicated content, have significantly enhanced game visibility and performance by generating excitement and driving player participation.

Beyond large-scale promotions, we also craft custom-branded games featuring operator logos and brand elements, helping them establish a stronger connection with their players. Whether through localised events, seasonal campaigns, or unique branding opportunities, our goal is to maximise player engagement while strengthening the operator’s brand presence.
