GLI names David Elmore as head of commercial services for North American casinos

US.- Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has announced the return of David Elmore to the company as head of commercial services for North American casinos. Elmore will work directly with casino operators in North America on issues such as the convergence of land-based and igaming, cybersecurity, and evolving regulations.

Previously, he served as division head of global sales and development for GLI’s Kobetron Division for 14 years. He returns to GLI after working as vice president of sales for Gaming Innovation Group.

GLI chief commercial officer Ian Hughes said: “We are excited for David to head GLI commercial services working with casino operators across North America as demand continues to grow. He will ensure we continue to exceed the needs of our clients and maintain a deeper understanding of industry requirements by facilitating regular, on-site meetings.”

In 2022, GLI promoted Angela Wong to vice president of global lottery solutions. She has joined GLI in 2021, previously serving as director of lottery solutions. In her new role, Angela joined the GLI global leadership team.

GLI also announced the promotion of Patrick Cottingham, Jamie Garcia, and Christos Karountzos in the company’s client services division. Cottingham was promoted to client services manager, and Garcia and Karountzos as senior account executives.

The company also named Ginnie Hollis as director of engineering. She previously served as senior manager of engineering. In her new role, Hollis works with GLI’s igaming clients to streamline processes and test services. She also coordinates communication between igaming operators, regulators, and suppliers surrounding regulatory and operational needs.
