The company has named Patrick Cottingham as client services manager and has appointed Jamie Garcia and Christos Karountzos as senior account executives.

US.- Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has announced the promotion of Patrick Cottingham, Jamie Garcia, and Christos Karountzos in the company’s client services division. Cottingham has been promoted to client services manager, and Garcia and Karountzos as senior account executives.

As the new client services manager, Cottingham will help clients find gaming opportunities throgh GLI services. He will also work closely with the firm’s leadership to drive sales and support the growing team of account executives and client service coordinators.

Garcia and Karountzos, as senior account executives, will work with Cottingham, their respective account teams, and the firm’s internal Engineering, Mathematics, and Quality Assurance departments.

GLI VP of client services for North America Salim L. Adatia said: “We could not be happier to see Patrick, Jamie and Christos advance upwards at GLI. Each has proven their abilities to support our growing customer base in the next chapters of their success. Moreover, their varied backgrounds across traditional land-based gaming, sports betting and igaming will greatly benefit industry stakeholders that have come to depend on them and GLI both.

GLI recently named Ginnie Hollis as director of engineering. She previously served as senior manager of engineering. In her new role, Hollis works with GLI’s igaming clients to streamline processes and test services. She will also coordinate communication between igaming operators, regulators, and suppliers surrounding regulatory and operational needs.

Elys Game Technology receives certification from Gaming Laboratories International

In March, Elys Game Technology received certification from Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) for its Elys Gameboard sports wagering technology. The certification is for product development and change management policies and procedures.

GLI conducted an audit in accordance with the Change Management Policies and Procedures adopted by Washington DC’s Gaming Control Board. Elys gained a Washington licence in September.
