Gaming Society has released its second annual free-to-play predictor game in partnership with the Women’s National Basketball Association.
US.- The Gaming Society has released its second annual free-to-play predictor game in partnership with the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). The W Prediction Game is released ahead of the 2023 WNBA season.
Players will be able to make predictions on WNBA match-ups, using the Weekly Pick ‘Em and Live Gamification prediction games. The first-place winner will receive prizes, such as WNBA or team merchandise. Fans will be able to play live trivia games while interacting with other users.
In October 2022, Gaming Society announced a partnership with the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) to create the Bet On Women Predictor Game. Founded by NBA legend Kevin Garnett and Jaymee Messler, the company described its game as a way of “increasing excitement and interest for the WNBA”.
Last year, the WNBA also announced a multiyear partnership extension with Fanduel, which became the Official Sportsbook Partner and Official Daily Fantasy Partner of the WNBA. The original agreement in 2017 was the company’s first partnership with a women’s professional sports league. It was the first major fantasy operator to launch a WNBA game.
