DraftKings receives OK for online sportsbook in Arkansas
The Arkansas Racing Commission has approved the company for licensure.
US.- DraftKings has announced that the Arkansas Racing Commission has approved the company for licensure. The company will launch its online sportsbook in a market access agreement with Southland Casino Hotel, pending final regulatory approvals. Arkansas will be the 30th US state for DraftKings.

DraftKings recently announced the launch of its online sportsbook in Puerto Rico. The company’s online sportsbook is available to residents following the opening of a retail sportsbook at Foxwoods El San Juan Casino in November 2025.
Arkansas casino tax revenue up 5.4% in 2025
Arkansas’s casino tax revenue was $116m in 2025, according to the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA). That’s an increase of 5.4 per cent in year-on-year terms. Authorities attributed the growth to improved performance across all three of the state’s licensed properties.
Southland Casino in West Memphis remained the largest contributor, generating $58.4m in tax revenue. That’s an increase of 1.9 per cent year-on-year. March was the property’s strongest month, generating $6.3m in tax revenue.
