Portugal.- The Greek group Kaizen’s Betano brand has signed a two-year deal with Portuguese Primeira Liga side Sporting Lisbon.

The deal, which has the option to be renewed for another two years, will make the online bookmaker a “premium sponsor” for the team, with a place on the front of the team’s shirt. Current front-of-shirt sponsor NOS will remain “official technology partner”.

Betano has had a presence in Portugal since 2019. It’s also present in Brazil, Romania, Germany, Cyprus and Greece. It already sponsors Portugal’s SC Braga and CS Marítimo.

Sporting Lisbon said: “Sporting Clube de Portugal will start the next season with a new Premium Sponsor, Betano. The partnership will last for two years, with the option of renewal for another two years.
