MGM Resorts’ resort in Las Vegas has revealed details of plans to renovate 819 guest rooms and 104 suites.
US.- MGM Resorts’ Bellagio in Las Vegas has revealed details of plans to renovate 819 guest rooms and 104 suites in the Spa Tower. The company estimates the updates will cost $110m and will be completed in October. The first collection of rooms could be available in July.
Designed by Champalimaud Design with MGM Resorts International Design Group, the Bellagio Spa Tower suites will feature custom furnishings and art influenced by Italian style and couture. The colour palettes were inspired by Lake Como and the Alps.
Ann Hoff, President & COO of Bellagio, said: “Bellagio’s commitment to delivering unparalleled accommodations, experiences and guest service for our discerning guests from around the world is the hallmark of our brand promise. The Spa Tower’s beautiful and luxurious new suites and guest rooms will reinforce our position as one of the hospitality industry’s premier destinations.”
Winston Kong, partner at Champalimaud Design, added: “We wanted to create a residential aesthetic with the timeless sense of luxury that is uniquely Bellagio. We found inspiration in the colors of Lake Como’s surrounding flora and the classical style of the building’s architecture.”
Bellagio recently remodeled more than 2,500 guest rooms in its main tower. The group plans to work with Champalimaud Design to redesign the 400 suites in Bellagio Tower in 2024.
Last month, tickets went on sale for the MGM Resorts International Bellagio Fountain Club‘s premier viewing for the Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix. The event will be held from November 16 to November 18. The Bellagio Fountain Club will provide track and fountain views, meet and greets with F1 ambassadors, unlimited food and beverage and access to the club’s private indoor and rooftop hospitality decks.
