Damian Quayle named chief operating officer at Solaire Resort North

Quayle was previously chief gaming officer at SJM Resorts in Macau.

The Philippines.- Damian Quayle has begun working as chief operating officer at Solaire Resort North, the luxury integrated resort in Quezon City that opened in 2024. Quayle has over 30 years of experience in the integrated resort, gaming, hospitality, and tourism sectors and was previously chief gaming officer at SJM Resorts in Macau.

Before joining SJM Resorts, Quayle held the position of executive vice president of operations at LET Westside, the integrated resort being developed in the Philippine capital by Suntrust Resort Holdings. He also served as chief operating officer at The Star Entertainment Group, in Australia. He worked for 11 years, and worked as the director of table games administration at Melco Crown Entertainment from 2008 to 2011.

Bloomberry Resorts’ Solaire Resort North is a US$1bn development, featuring 526 rooms and suites. The casino has 2,669 electronic gaming machines and 163 tables across four levels.
