Wynn Resorts continues executive changes
The company said in a filling that Kim Sinatra will exit her role at the company next week.
US.- Wynn Resorts announced on Thursday that Kim Sinatra, general counsel and corporate secretary of the company, will leave her position on July 15th. The executive was considered Wynn’s second CEO after Matt Maddox.
The casino company said in a short filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that Sinatra will leave Wynn Resorts but did not specify a reason why or name another person to replace her position. “Ms Sinatra and the Company have not finalized the terms of her transition and departure,” said Wynn Resorts in the Thursday filing.
Sinatra joined Wynn Resorts in 2004 and became the company’s general counsel in 2006, and her role demanded her to attend board meetings. According to Equilar records, Sinatra earned more than US$13.3 million in 2007, more than top gaming CEOs.
Last month, the company announced that it created a new role for Erik Hansen, who will act as the first chief sustainability officer. Hansen will be in charge of the development of the company’s global sustainability strategy and energy procurement goals.
