The Indiana Gaming Commission has shown where companies plan to build their proposed casinos.

US.-  The Indiana Gaming Commission has released new information on the four submitted proposals to build a casino in Terre Haute, Vigo County, including the locations where each company wants to build its venue.

Churchill Downs, Hard Rock, Full House Resorts Inc. and Premier Gaming Group are competing for the licence. The Indiana Gaming Commission is examining the applications of each company.

Churchill Downs proposes building on undeveloped land in Honey Creek Drive west of the Haute City Shopping Mall. Hard Rock wants to construct at 2555 S. Joe Fox Street, Terre Haute. Full House Resorts proposes 5995 Margaret Avenue in eastern Vigo County.

Full House is the only company that proposed a temporary location while its main building is under construction. If selected, it plans to initially open at the Haute City Center Mall. Premier Gaming Group said it would build near the I-70 and State Road 46 interchange in eastern Vigo County.

The Indiana Gaming Commission intends to announce which company will get the licence on November 17.

The seven-member Vigo County Council submitted a letter to the Indiana Gaming Commission supporting Hard Rock on September 22, while the three-member Vigo County Board of Commissioners submitted three letters expressing its opinion in favour of Hard Rock those on September 17.
