With new amenities and promotional events, the venue will become Hollywood Casino at the Meadows from October 15.

US.- The Meadows Racetrack and Casino in Western Pennsylvania has announced that on October 15 it will change its name to Hollywood Casino at the Meadows.

Rahul Kaushik, vice president of marketing, said: “This is more than a name change. It has been a journey since 2019. This is a key milestone in the transition to our re-branding. Hollywood Casino is the flagship brand of Penn National.”

New amenities have been added, such as a sportsbook and the H Lounge along with upgrades to the casino floor and a modernisation of the layout and machines.

The casino will launch with promotional events. On October 16, it will give away $100,000 worth of prizes, including a new Mercedes-Benz.

Penn National Gaming took over operations at The Meadows in 2018 through the company’s acquisition of Pinnacle Entertainment. Penn’s real estate investment trust had purchased The Meadows’ physical assets in 2014.
