Press release.- SOFTSWISS has won two European iGaming Excellence Awards 2026 in the Best Customer Service and Best Marketing Campaign categories. The awards recognise the company’s commitment to enabling operators to grow through reliable technology and dedicated support, as well as its creative approach to promoting the wider SOFTSWISS product portfolio.

The Best Customer Service award recognises SOFTSWISS’ approach to supporting operators. As a strategic technology partner, the company combines dedicated account management with technical expertise to help clients address challenges, from responding to cyberattacks and meeting regulatory requirements to improving player retention and adapting products to changing needs.

This commitment to practical support is also reflected in SOFTSWISS’ technology. The company has recently introduced Back Office AI Workflow within the Casino Platform, allowing operators to prepare marketing campaigns through natural-language conversations. By performing routine tasks directly in the platform, the capability reduces manual work and shortens campaign preparation time. This gives teams more room to test creative ideas, launch campaigns faster, and pursue new opportunities for business growth while keeping final decisions under their control.

While the Casino Platform remains a key part of SOFTSWISS’ offering, the company’s product portfolio extends well beyond it. This became the central message of #SOFTSWISSHasMore, the campaign that earned SOFTSWISS its second award in the Best Marketing Campaign category.

The campaign also reflects the company’s understanding of changing marketing trends. According to the SOFTSWISS 2027 iGaming Trends report, the industry’s acquisition channels remain fragmented. SEO leads with 18.0 per cent of survey responses, followed by streamer and influencer marketing at 16.8 per cent and affiliate or partner marketing at 16.2 per cent. With no single channel holding a decisive advantage, creative campaigns that connect different audiences and platforms become increasingly valuable.

Launched in May 2026, #SOFTSWISSHasMore began with a self-ironic LinkedIn post by SOFTSWISS chief marketing officer Valentina Bagniya, who acknowledged that the company’s broader product offering had not always been clear to the market. SOFTSWISS employees then joined in, sharing photos with handwritten signs promoting different products.

The idea moved offline at NEXT Summit Valletta 2026, where more than 50 participants held similar signs during a live event activation. The campaign spread through industry media, social networks, and partner channels, generating 88 media publications, an estimated reach of 80,000–100,000 through employee LinkedIn posts, and more than 7,000 live viewers during the event activation.

Valentina Bagniya, chief marketing officer at SOFTSWISS, commented: “These two awards recognise different parts of our work, but they are closely connected. Our new positioning reflects how we want partners to experience SOFTSWISS: as a company they can rely on for technology, expertise, and support when business challenges arise. At the same time, #SOFTSWISSHasMore showed that even in a crowded market, a simple and honest idea can attract attention when people genuinely want to take part. We are pleased that both our approach to customer service and the creativity of our team have received this recognition.”

SOFTSWISS will showcase its latest product developments, including Back Office AI Workflow, at SiGMA World Rome on November 2–5 at Stand H4-4029.

Operators can meet the team to explore the company’s wider product portfolio, including the Casino Platform, the Game Aggregator, the Sportsbook, and the Prediction Markets Platform. More information is available on the SOFTSWISS website.
