Seneca Resorts & Casinos appoints James Domzalski as chief legal officer

Domzalski will oversee and direct the legal, risk management and regulatory compliance activities.

US.- Seneca Resorts & Casinos has named James Domzalski as chief legal officer and general counsel. He will oversee and direct the company and its subsidiaries’ legal, risk management and regulatory compliance activities.

Domzalski joined Seneca Resorts & Casinos in 2006 and previously served as deputy general counsel and senior corporate counsel. Before joining the company, he served at the Washington, D.C. office of Akin Gump, where he specialised in corporate, securities, and transactional matters. He also worked at Gardner, Carton & Douglas in Albany, New York.

Seneca Resorts & Casinos has three resorts in New York: Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in Niagara Falls, Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino in downtown Buffalo, and Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino in Salamanca. There’s also the Seneca Hickory Stick Golf Course in Lewiston.

Recently, the company appointed vice presidents of operations at the three casinos. It also named four team members to key corporate leadership positions.
