Seneca Resorts & Casinos names VPs of operations for its three venues
Three existing team members have been named vice presidents of operations at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino and Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino.
US.- Seneca Resorts & Casinos has appointed vice presidents of operations at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino, and Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino.
Steve McCarthy takes the post at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, Bryan Van Buren at Seneca Allegany and Dennis Becker at Seneca Buffalo Creek. They will have oversight responsibilities for their respective properties and will report to chief operating officer Kimberlee Dunlop.
McCarthy joined Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in 2004 as a security officer and then served as a supervisor and shift manager. Most recently, he served as director of security. Van Buren, a Day One team member at Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino, has served in various roles since 2004, including player development manager, director of player development, and, most recently, as executive director of customer service. Since 2024, he has led Seneca Resorts & Casinos’ BEST customer service campaign.
Becker began his career with Seneca Resorts & Casinos in 2003 as a table games dealer and rose through the ranks of table games operations. He served as director of gaming operations and later executive director of gaming operations before being named interim general manager of Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino in 2025.

The company recently appointed four team members to key corporate leadership positions. The roles include a chief strategy officer, a senior vice president of food and beverage, a corporate vice president of food and beverage, and a vice president of corporate security with expanded responsibilities for various properties.
