Rampart Casino to open new high-limit room
The resort will inaugurate the new space next month.
US.- Rampart Casino At The Resort At Summerlin in Las Vegas has announced the opening of its new high limit room on July 3. The space is part of the venue’s $75m multi-year renovation of the hotel, conference center, casino, spa and restaurants.
Located adjacent to the main casino floor, the new 50,000-square-foot room has bar, which will open daily from 10am to midnight.
Sam Garritano, vice president of casino operations at Rampart Casino, said: “The new High Limit Room redefines the essence of upscale gaming. Every detail, from the luxurious design elements to the elite-level service and premier game offerings, has been meticulously curated to offer our most distinguished guests an atmosphere of exclusivity, sophistication, and unmatched comfort. It is not merely a gaming space, but a destination for those who expect nothing less than the exceptional.”
The Rampart Casino has 1,400 slot machines, a 300-seat bingo room and 32 table games. In December, the resort launched the mobile app Rampart Online offering real-money five-card draw poker with igaming operator Real Gaming.
Nevada gaming revenue decreases slightly in April
The Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) reported that the state’s casinos generated $1.23m in gaming revenue in April. That’s a decrease of 0.47 year-over-year.
The Las Vegas Strip generated $646.8m, down 2.8 per cent year-on-year. Clark County as a whole, which includes the Strip, downtown Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, the Boulder Strip and surrounding areas, generated $1.0bn, a 1.1 per cent decrease.
