PointsBet launches online Sports Betting in West Virginia
The Australia-based gaming company has launched its PointsBet Sportsbook app in the state.
US.- PointsBet has gone live in West Virginia, continuing its expansion in the US. It’s the seventh state where PointsBet is offering online sports betting. It’s previously launched in the New Jersey, Indiana, Illinois, Colorado and Michigan sports betting markets.
PointsBet also has plans to launch its proprietary online casino product in West Virginia in the near future.

The West Virginia sports betting market had a successful June. It posted a handle of $29.92m, a 17.4 per cent increase from May’s $25.48m and revenue of $3.46m, up 28.9 per cent from $2.7m in May. The handle for the last fiscal year was $518m, while revenue reached $41m.
