Mohegan announces two leadership appointments
Joe Lobe has been named senior vice president, chief legal officer and general counsel, while Kelly Sullivan has been appointed senior vice president and chief people officer.
US.- Mohegan has announced two leadership appointments. Joe Lobe has been named senior vice president, chief legal officer and general counsel, while Kelly Sullivan has been appointed senior vice president and chief people officer.
Lobe joined Mohegan in 2008 and most recently served as acting chief legal officer. He has held leadership roles spanning mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and organisational governance. He will now will oversee the company’s global legal, compliance, and risk management functions and serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Sullivan was previously senior vice president and chief people officer. In the new position, she will oversee global human capital strategy, including talent, organisational design and team member development.

In April, the company announced the appointment of Scott Schuman as its new vice president of corporate finance. Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority recently announced that net revenue for its second fiscal quarter totalled $429.0m, up 2.4 per cent from the same period in 2025, mainly driven by Mohegan Digital achieving record quarterly performance.
