Mohegan net revenue increases in second fiscal quarter
Net revenue was up 2.4 per cent compared with the same period in 2025 as Mohegan Digital saw record quarterly performance.
US.- Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority has announced operating results for its second fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2026. Net revenue totalled $429.0m, up 2.4 per cent from the same period in 2025, mainly driven by Mohegan Digital achieving record quarterly performance.
Adjusted EBITDA was $85.4m, up $1.5m. The company stated that after normalising for Mohegan Sun’s table hold, Adjusted EBITDA would have been up $8.3m, or 10 per cent.
Mohegan Digital reported records net revenue of $79.3m, up $22.7m. Adjusted EBITDA was a record $39.7m, up $12.9m compared with the prior-year period.
In the domestic resorts segment, net revenue was $288.6m, down $9.4m compared with the prior-year period. Strong slot performance at Mohegan Sun was offset by an unfavourable table hold and lower table volumes.
Adjusted EBITDA was $59.7m, down $11.5m compared with the prior-year period, primarily driven by lower revenues and slightly higher operating expenses, including increased energy costs.
International resorts reported net revenue of $66.5m, down $0.6m, and adjusted EBITDA was $1.8m, down $0.9m compared with the prior-year period. The decrease in adjusted EBITDA was mainly due to lower net revenue and an increase in contractual lease obligations.
Corporate and development saw net revenue of $4.4m, up $0.6m. The adjusted EBITDA loss was $15.8m, up $1m due to labour savings related to a recent workforce reduction. The net loss in the prior-year period included a $179.5m loss from discontinued operations related to Mohegan Inspire.
