Mohegan announces first quarter operating results
Net revenue was down 0.2 per cent from the same period in 2024.
US.- Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority has announced operating results for its first fiscal quarter 2026 ended December 31, 2025. Net revenue was $434.5m, down 0.2 per cent from the same period in 2024.
The report highlighted that Mohegan Sun generated its highest Q1 net slot win since fiscal year 2018. Mohegan Digital achieved its highest quarterly net revenues and adjusted EBITDA and record monthly active users yet. Adjusted EBITDA increased 44.5 per cent year-over-year.
Ari Glazer, chief financial officer of Mohegan, said: “Adjusted EBITDAR of $95.3m increased 2.4 per cent on flat net revenues. Results were largely driven by Mohegan Digital delivering its strongest quarterly performance to date. Adjusted EBITDA of $86.4m decreased $3.1m, as the prior year comparable period benefitted from favorable table hold at Mohegan Sun and a one-time property tax adjustment at Niagara Resorts. After normalizing for these factors, Adjusted EBITDA would have been up $4.8m, or 5.9 per cent.”
Net revenues from domestic resorts totalled $300m, down $12m compared with the prior-year period. Entertainment revenues declined due to fewer arena events in the current period. Adjusted EBITDA of $64.8m, down $9.8m.
Net revenues from international resorts were $65.5m, down $6.7m compared with the prior-year period. Adjusted EBITDA was $1.1m, down $7.2m.
Mohegan Digital reported net revenues of $72.2m, up $19.1m compared with the same period in 2024. Adjusted EBITDA was $36.2m, up $11.2m.
In January, Mohegan announced the promotion of Guy Greene to chief marketing officer (CMO) for its igaming division, Mohegan Digital. In his new role, Greene leads strategies and oversees the marketing and advertising teams supporting the operator’s online gaming portfolio.
