MGA suspends bSupporter’s licence

The company has been ordered to stop all gaming operations, including registering new players and accepting new deposits.

Malta.- The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has suspended bSupporter’s B2C gaming service licence for breaching regulations related to licence payments and compliance reporting.

With immediate effect, the company has been ordered to stop all gaming operations, including registering new players and accepting new deposits.

The MGA has also told bSupporter that it must retain and provide all registered players with access to their accounts, as well as refund all monies owed to players.

bSupporter had been operating its bSupporter.club and bSupporter.com sites under its Malta licence.

The MGA said bSupporter breached regulation nine of Malta’s Gaming Compliance and Enforcement Regulations, specifically paragraphs C and I.

Paragraph I refers to a licence-holder failing to pay any relevant annual licence or compliance contribution fees, while paragraph C relates to filing Compliance Contribution Reports with the MGA.
