Key takeaways:

  • Italy introduced a nine-year online gaming concession framework in November 2025, with a €7m fee per concession.
  • Each concession permits one national-domain website, changing the commercial landscape for online gaming operators.
  • The Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) updated its PGDA technical protocol in August and September 2026.
  • TaDa Gaming has more than 86 titles certified under Italy’s 2026 regulations, including games developed specifically for the Italian market.
  • TaDa Gaming director of business development Ray Lee said suppliers must deliver distinctive content and remain responsive to evolving commercial and technical requirements.

Press release.- Italy’s online gaming market has entered a new phase. Following the introduction of a nine-year concession framework in November 2025, with a €7m fee and one national-domain website permitted per concession, the Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) further updated its PGDA technical protocol in August and September 2026.

Taken together, these changes are again reshaping the regulatory and commercial environment in which operators make long-term decisions, and choosing the right content partners is about more than securing access to a broad portfolio.

Suppliers must show how their games can stand out, meet local market needs, and support operators’ commercial objectives.

Since entering Italy in 2024, TaDa Gaming has developed its proposition around these priorities, combining global gaming intelligence with local market insight. With more than 86 titles certified under Italy’s 2026 regulations, its portfolio offers differentiation through slots, crash games and fish-shooting content.

Gold Mine Express, one of its strongest-performing titles across European markets, sits alongside the classic slot format of 40 Sparkling Crown, the TriLuck title 3 Lightning Blitz, and Gallina Fortunata, developed specifically for the Italian market.

TaDa Gaming’s fish-shooting games, including Ocean King Jackpot and Mega Fishing, introduce a different style of play, combining multiplayer interaction, skill-influenced decision-making and customisation options. The format gives operators another way to diversify their offering alongside established casino categories.

However, retention is key. Operators need to understand how activity develops after launch, how players interact with individual titles and whether performance supports their wider commercial objectives. Reliable integration and responsive technical support are therefore important parts of the supplier relationship, helping operators introduce content and assess its contribution to their portfolio.

TaDa Gaming’s approach is built around combining certified content, local relevance, differentiated gameplay and dependable delivery. Its relationships across Italy’s operator and platform ecosystem include AdmiralBet, Betsson/StarCasinò, Eurobet, Light & Wonder, Octavian Lab, Pixelo and ZonaGioco, supporting distribution and a closer understanding of individual partner requirements.

Ray Lee, director of business development, TaDa Gaming, said: ‘Italy’s licensing reform has changed the commercial context in which operators make decisions, even if the fundamentals of a good game remain the same. Our role is to understand what each market and partner needs, deliver content that brings something distinctive to the portfolio and remain responsive as commercial priorities and technical requirements evolve. Being a partner for growth means looking beyond the launch to the value we can deliver over the longer term.’
