Indiana sports betting handle reaches $351.1m in June
The handle increased by 17.7 per cent year-over-year.
US.- The Indiana Gaming Commission has released its sports betting results for June. The handle totalled $351.1m, up 17.7 per cent year-over-year but down 19 per cent from May.
Ameristar Casino and Blue Chip Casino combined contributed more than half of handle. Ameristar Casino led the market with $131.5m, while Blue Chip reported $99.8m. Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg reported $33.6m and Belterra Casino $28.5m.
The Indiana Gaming Commission reported that taxable adjusted gross revenue (AGR) reached $45.3m. Ameristar Casino posted $16m and Blue Chip Casino $15.4m. Parlays were the most popular bet type accounting for $108.6m, while $78.8m was bet on baseball and $65.5m on basketball.
